Terms

Last updated 13 August 2026

These terms govern your use of 2legged2human.com and your purchase of the digital materials sold here. By buying or using anything on this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

This site is operated by Samuel Moore, who writes and teaches as Samuel EagleHeart, trading as 2LEGGED2HUMAN (“we”, “us”), PO Box 179, Telluride, CO 81435, USA. You can reach us at sam@2legged2human.com or through the contact page.

What we sell

Everything sold here is digital. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

  • The 2LEGGED2HUMAN course — a one-time purchase giving you lifetime access to the course pages, the guided meditation audio, and the accompanying readings as downloadable PDFs.
  • Feathers of Fire — a one-time purchase of the ebook, delivered as an ePub download in two editions, with the audio files available separately.
  • The First Step of the course and the first chapter of Feathers of Fire are free. They require an account but no payment.

The price shown on the product page at the moment you check out is the price you pay, in US dollars. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a purchase already completed. Any tax we are required to collect is shown before you confirm.

Delivery and access

Access is granted immediately once payment is confirmed — usually within seconds. Your purchase is tied to the account you create at checkout, and everything you own is listed in your account. Sign in from any device to read, listen, or download.

Purchased materials do not expire. We intend to keep them available indefinitely, and if we ever have to withdraw something we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to download your copies first.

Downloads of the paid bundles are limited to six per account, which is enough for several devices and a re-download or two. Streaming the audio in your browser is unlimited. If you run out of downloads, write to us and we will reset your count.

Refunds and disputes

All sales are final. Because these are digital materials delivered in full and immediately on purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong item, or because the teaching was not what you expected. The free First Step and free first chapter exist so that you can judge the work before you pay for it. Please use them.

There are narrow exceptions, and we honour them without argument:

  • Duplicate charges. If you were billed twice for the same item, we refund the duplicate in full.
  • Failed delivery. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing what you bought and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund in full.
  • Unauthorised charges. If someone used your card without your permission, contact us and we will refund and close the account.

To request a refund under one of the above, email sam@2legged2human.com from the address on the account, within 30 days of the charge, with the date and amount. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

If you are buying from the UK or the EU

Consumers in the UK and the EU normally have 14 days to cancel something bought online. For digital content there is an exception, and it applies here: that right is given up once you have asked for delivery to begin straight away and understood what asking for it means.

That is what the checkbox at checkout is for. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you want your access to start immediately and that you understand you are giving up the 14-day cancellation right by doing so. The box is never ticked for you, and we record your confirmation against your order. If you would rather keep the 14-day right, do not tick it and do not complete the purchase — write to us instead and we will sort something out.

None of this affects your rights if what you bought is faulty, not as described, or never delivered. Those rights cannot be signed away, and the exceptions above cover them.

Before you dispute a charge with your bank, please contact us. A chargeback takes weeks to resolve; an email usually takes a day. If a charge on your statement is unfamiliar, it will appear as 2LEGGED2HUMAN, or a shortened form of it — your bank may abbreviate or capitalise what we send. If you do file a dispute, we will respond to it with our records of the purchase and the access granted, and we may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. Everything here is a single one-time payment. We do not sell subscriptions or memberships that renew, we do not bill you again after your purchase, and we do not store your card for future charges. You will never receive a recurring charge from us.

An order can only be cancelled before it is paid — that is, by closing the checkout page without completing it. Once payment is confirmed, delivery is immediate and the terms above under Refunds and disputes apply instead.

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. Closing your account ends your access to purchased materials and is not reversible, so download anything you want to keep first. Closing an account does not entitle you to a refund.

Promotions and discount codes

We occasionally offer discount codes — on printed cards and flyers, at workshops and live events, and in our own emails. Where a promotion is running, these terms apply unless the promotion itself states otherwise in writing.

  • A code applies only to the product it names, and the discount is shown at checkout before you pay. If no discount appears, the code has not been applied — do not complete the purchase expecting it to be corrected afterwards.
  • One code per transaction. Codes cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer.
  • Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be resold or transferred.
  • Codes cannot be applied retroactively. We do not adjust the price of a completed purchase because a code was missed, expired, or issued afterwards.
  • Where a code carries an expiry date or a limit on the number of uses, it stops working at that point. Printed codes may also be retired; a code that no longer works has expired.
  • We may withdraw, change, or reissue any promotion at any time. Purchases already completed at a discounted price are unaffected.
  • Codes are for personal use by the recipient. We may void a code and cancel any order placed with it if it has been obtained or used through misrepresentation, automated means, or bulk sharing.

A discounted purchase is still a purchase: the refund terms above apply to it in the same way, and any refund is of the amount actually paid.

Your account

You need an account to access anything here, free or paid. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

An account is for one person. Please do not share your login. We may suspend or close an account that is being shared widely, used to redistribute the materials, or used to abuse the download allowance.

We set no age limit on the teaching itself. A purchase, though, is a contract, and in most places someone under 18 cannot be held to one — so if you are under 18, please buy only with a parent or guardian’s permission, using their payment method, and on the understanding that they agree to these terms too. Accounts are not knowingly created for children under 13; if we find one, we close it and delete the details.

What you may do with the materials

The course, the meditations, the audio recordings, the readings, and Feathers of Fire are the work of Samuel EagleHeart and remain his property. Buying them does not transfer ownership of them to you.

What you get is a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own practice: read them, listen to them, keep copies on your own devices, print a copy for yourself.

What you may not do is copy, post, stream, or share them publicly; give or sell copies to others; teach from them commercially; or use them to train a machine-learning system. If you would like to use this material in your own teaching, ask us — the answer is often yes, but it needs to be asked.

The nature of this teaching

This is spiritual and contemplative teaching offered for personal exploration. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified practitioner. If you are unwell, in crisis, or under treatment, please talk to your doctor or therapist before taking up a new meditation practice. What you do with this material is your own responsibility.

Availability, liability, and changes

We work to keep the site running and the materials accessible, but we cannot promise it will be available without interruption. Occasional downtime for maintenance or for reasons outside our control is not a failure of delivery.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising out of this site or these materials is limited to the amount you paid us for them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Changes apply from the day they are posted and do not alter the terms of a purchase you have already made. If a change is significant, we will say so by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
